Chiltern House (Julia Gabriel Centre)
The school follows a curriculum designed in Singapore, taught by local and expatriate teachers. Ages range from 2-6 years old divided into nursery and kindergarten classes with morning and afternoon school available. Classes are taught in English and Mandarin is taught by native Chinese teachers. Curriculum is individuated and curriculum is enriched by music, speech and drama, a well stacked children’s Book Room and a caring, nurturing, family-friendly environment. You have to be a member of the association UFE to be able to use this nursery. It is a French speaking nursery for children from 1-3 years old, offering programmes from 2, 3 or 5 days a week. Follows the LIF programme (French calendar).

Dolanan
Dolanan, which means “play” in Javanese, opened in January 2007. It is located very near Dharmawangsa Square. It is very nicely constructed, with a lot of outside play space: a bicycle track, good-quality play equipment, and a small fenced-in pool for the weekly swim instruction. Inside the main entrance is a deer enclosure, and they also have rabbits and turtles. The school is pre-K and instruction is in English.
