Anomali Coffee
Now in Kemang, serving their delicious coffee. Anomali also sell their coffee beans which are roasted on the premises, something interesting for the children to look at. On two floors, with the restrooms on the first floor, the café is somewhat dark but cosy.

Caswells Moms
Moved some time ago to their new, smaller premises in Jl Kemang Timur, but still selling their freshly roasted and ground coffee.
Upstairs you can enjoy a sandwich with your coffee. You can also call for a lunchtime sandwich delivery. There is no minimum order in Kemang, but a 3 sandwich minimum order for all other areas.
If you are in need of a new super swanky coffee machine, try here! The machines are from Italy, they also stock grinders. Casswells also hold Barista training courses, minimum 4 people, 3 hours a day for 3 days. Or try a Cupping course to learn about the flavour, aroma and acidity of coffee.
Credit cards accepted, although beware - there are charges!

This beautiful art gallery, shop and restaurant /café is a delight.Owned by a graphic designer and his wife Engel, this is a great place to introduce your children to an art gallery whilst enjoying a drink or some food in this light and airy space.The stylish restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and light snacks. They are developing a children‘s menu and will also have highchairs in the future.
The small front shop showcases unusual gifts from local artists and designers. You can also pick up some of their own stationary.

A Modern and very clean cafe, serving Illy coffee in all variations and light snacks. Our son enjoyed his waffle, whilst checking out the fun, upside down, espresso lights. Espressamente, which is a world wide franchise, has comfy seating and free wi-fi. Our son could also wander along the carpeted corridor, looking at the interesting sculptures, within our sight.

Merdeka Coffee at Kemang Club Villas
Comfortable cafe overlooking the pool at Kemang Club Villas, open to non residents. Friendly staff who are happy to make a 'Babycino' for the children, for a small charge. Enjoy breakfast, or a coffee while the children play with the small selection of toys provided. There is also a television in one corner which is usually showing one of the childrens channels.

Only opened in June 2011 this is a welcome addition to Plaza Senayan. Located on the ground floor on the walk-through to the car-parks, this open plan café/restaurant looks like a great place to have a bite to eat. They serve all-day breakfasts, salads and sandwiches.Also own the new Italian restaurant opposite.

The Playground
Primarily an outdoor playground, in September 2010 The Playground opened a café on-site. There is a shaded seating area, including fun and practical kid-sized chairs and tables. The kids can do the dot-to-dots or colouring that are provided or continue to play on the equipment as they wait for their food. There is a varied selection of food for the kids including fish or chicken and chips, pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, toasted cheese sandwiches, and some healthy items such as corn on the cob and hummous and pita bread. For the adults there are starters such as samosas and curry puffs or mains such as pesto fettucini, burgers, salads and nasi/mie goreng. Breakfast is available all day including pancakes and “the full works” of eggs and sausage/bacon. The Playground now also has an Italian commercial cappuccino machine, and offers all types of coffees made from Alun Evan’s Merdeka coffee beans, with cakes and muffins to accompany. Please remember to order before your little ones get too hungry though so that we can provide you with the best possible service!
