Based on the successful Family Guide to Jakarta book, all intellectual property of the web site is owned by the Yayasan Balita Sehat (YBS/The Foundation for Mother & Child Health http://www.motherandchildhealth.org/indonesia).

YBS is a not-for-profit organisation working to improve the lives of mothers and children in socially or financially disadvantaged local communities by providing programmes focused on health, nutrition, education and sustainable skills training.

Developed and maintained by volunteers, profits from this web site go directly to YBS. By supporting and contributing to the Family Guide to Jakarta you are not only supporting the expatriate resettling in Jakarta but also those in need in the local community.
